Is the help centre free to access?

Yes. All articles, video tutorials, and the community forum are free for everyone — even if you are not an AskBooks customer yet.

How fast does support respond?

WhatsApp and email support typically respond within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–9 PM IST). Pro and Enterprise customers get 24×7 priority support.

Do you offer support in regional languages?

Yes. Our support team handles English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. The product itself supports 12 Indian languages.

Can I book a one-on-one onboarding call?

Pro and Enterprise plans include a free CA-certified onboarding call. Khata users can book a paid setup call or use our self-serve guides.

Where do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the in-app feedback button, drop us a message on WhatsApp, or post on our community forum. We review every request weekly.
